Algies Bay - Alexander Rd

Client wanted the lounge extended, the exterior re-clad and the roof re-pitched.  This allowed for the ground floor to be developed to include a second garage.

Scotts Landing - Young Street

We created an entrance, moved the laundry and developed underneath the house for guest accommodation.  We also did the hard landscaping – planter boxes, deck and stairs.

Snells Beach - Governor Grey

We dug out under the existing house to allow for an internal entrance with office. We extended the lounge and master bedroom to create room for an ensuite and a wardrobe. 

Snells Beach - Mahurangi East Road

A major alteration – we dug out under the existing house to form 3 carparks and workshop with internal access to the higher levels. One level 2, we altered the floor layout to enlarge the existing bathroom, include a new kitchen and family room. A whole new storey was added to include master bedroom, ensuite and office.

Snells Beach - Snells Beach Rd

The owners wanted to change the existing layout so that the living areas were more open plan. Walls were removed to extend the kitchen, laundry, lounge and dining room. A new deck was added.
